Fourhike Outdoors understands that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before it is dispatched.

However, cancellation cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

If an order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment.

In that situation, customers may use the applicable return process described in our Return & Refund Policy, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Where an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory cancellation or consumer rights applicable to customers in the United Kingdom or Australia.

UK customers may have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying online purchases.

Australian customers retain their rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
